Firstly I booked a superior double - it was far from this !! Issues I had - Bed was broken and fixed with planks of wood with nails in them Bathroom was so small you had to sit in the toilet to have a shower and it was mouldy and the Tap didn’t work The window was just bricks - no natural light or air Room was dirty The reception staff unhelpful- no manger to speak to - and when I did he didn’t call when he should have done and sent me a rude email did deal with my complaint We left a night early and not offered a refund ! Worst service and room I have had in 2 months of travel !!

Stayed here for one night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was a buffet style set up and was very nice. Recommend including this with your booking. The room we got was a relatively nice size but our friends got given a much more snug double room so it may be pot luck which one you get unless you specify maybe. The room was clean, A/C was good and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were happy with our stay and recommend on. Only down sides for me was that we didn’t get given a loo roll in our room and had trouble locating a member of staff to request one which was a little annoying. The bathroom is also very small and the shower isn’t a great set up, it’s angled up right so pretty impossible to wash your hair/body as you need to hold the shower head while washing. Overall stay was good though and comfy beds! Must stress I wouldn’t be put off staying here again.

We checked into the hotel and was told by the receptionist that for the first night we will stay in one room on the 4th floor, we will then move to a different room for 2 nights on the 4th floor and then move to the 2nd floor for the last night. This was not acceptable but we were told the hotel was full and this was the only way. We then asked what discount we would get off the price for this inconvenience, he laughed and said, non. After some discussion he managed to allow us to stay in the same room for the full duration and showed us to our room, this was not the room we had booked, nor did we receive any refund for the upgraded room that we had paid for but not received.
