Rashmi's The Plaza Vientiane

Filthy dirty hotel when i recently stayed. Unfortunately the manager simply offered "Laos people are lazy" as an excuse. Swimming pool area looks like a building site. "Owner ran out of money." Just a joke hotel. Avoid.

The room is quite old. The hallway needs maintenance. Public area apart from the lobby also needs maintenance. However, the staffs are really helpful and friendly. The breakfast is great but not superb. If everything is renovated, this could be a great place for your budget. It's a bit away from the city but they offer a free ride to downtown.

I have stayed in Rashmi’s the Plaza Hotel three times and was never disappointed. The service and the friendly staff are great. It’s a bit out of town but there is periodic shuttle. It’s a quiet neighbourhood which is nice
