Vientiane Plaza

A lovely hotel that's away from the city centre, that's only a 10 minute walk to the city centre. As a result it's quiet, which I found perfect for a good night's sleep. The buffet breakfast had many options and was very tasty, with enough to provide a completely different breakfast every morning of my 6 night stay. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, yet still didn't bother me during my stay, which is how I prefer my stays to be.

Very bad service, i went there last month with my family the staff at night audit is the worst no responds and caring to guest request, the air-cond not working, and toilet very smelly, i feel very disappointed, i definitely will not stay here again.

Room with carpet not very clean. Hotel not very welcoming because not many people. Good for a flash. Quite well placed relative to the center, the touc-toucs serve it. Breakfasts are drinkable but the room lacks life
