Vong Kham Sene Hotel

BED BUGS in two rooms. We found bedbugs and alerted the staff who moved us to another room on the top floor. We found more in the bed. We moved hotel and when we asked for a refund the next day the staff seemed to not care at all and refused us a refund.

Stayed here for 5 nights in a superior room with balcony and it was great! The balcony gave some extra relaxation to have a drink in the night. Also there are enough eating en drinking opportunities within walking distance, also the nightmarket en some temples are very close. I would definitely return to this hotel on a next visit to Vientiane.

Clean, quiet place with very nice & helpful staff, Working hot water, aircon, free breakfast, wi-fi, cable TV & good location. Beds & pillows were comfortable. There are NO elevators. For affordable lodging I would stay here again.
