Don’t let the rating fool you. This hotel is extremely overrated and overpriced for the quality of service provided. It’s a case of bad management in an amazing location. First, the property is clearly neglected and in need of major renovation. The room photos are misleading because they are taken with wide angles to make the rooms appear much larger than they actually are. We rented a townhouse for 6 people for $380, and honestly it did not even feel worth $100. The space was extremely tiny — you could barely move around comfortably. The bathroom also had a very bad smell. On top of that, the amenities were almost nonexistent: only two tea sachets were provided, with no water bottles, coffee, or even toothbrushes. Second, the food was very disappointing. Both the restaurant food and the breakfast buffet were below average and lacked quality. Finally, the staff were unprofessional, especially the receptionist, whose attitude and service were unacceptable. The location is beautiful, but unfortunately the overall experience was very poor.

Such an amazing experience, the location, the service, the food and the hospitality is outstanding. Highly recommended as a getaway from busy life and to be one with nature.
