CORAL BEACH RESORT

I stayed at Coral Beach Hotel in Lebanon for three days with my daughter. Before inviting guests, I was told by the hotel that I was allowed to have visitors. When my guests arrived at around 5:00 PM, the staff told them they would have to pay $40 per person if they wanted to use the pool. Since the pool was closing at 6:00 PM, they decided not to use the pool or any of the hotel’s facilities. They did not swim, they did not sunbathe, and they did not use anything at the hotel. My guests were one mother and three children. The other mother and I were sitting at the restaurant. Despite this, the hotel wanted to charge $120 for my guests. To make matters worse, the hotel also tried to charge my daughter, even though she was a registered hotel guest staying with me and was entitled to free access. I travel frequently and live in Sweden, and I have stayed at many hotels over the years. Unfortunately, this has been the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The customer service was very poor, and there was no breakfast included. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

So from the whole a good hotel but you can see the Kempinski right next to it and that costs almost as much. If the hotel is renovated you can give the 5 stars but I'm currently it is a hotel of tourists class 2-3 but the sea view compensates a bit only 75€ the night is for what you get too much

The pool was really disgusting, we literally came for an hour and left, we payed 25$ for nothing, we couldn’t stand to swim in such dirtiness, we spoke to the manager, and he did nothing about it. Will never come back for sure, i don’t recomment it to anyone
