Pros: location and clean bed sheets Cons: walking into the hotel after a long night flight, I was asked to settle the bill in cash and in $. When I refused the manager came out and said the financial situation doesn’t permit us to accept cards, please withdraw cash and pay us. I refused bedside my card is international and I can pay with $ on the card. When I threatened to leave they called the hotel manager that eventually accepted to take $ through card, after making me wait for 30 minutes. Second shock was when I entered the room. They don’t even provide a tissue box. Or coffee or any other basics. There are no plugs in the walls near the bed. Only one plug near the balcony. The tv is 15 years old. The internet is slower than any internet provider in Lebanon. The pillows are made of wood blocks rather than cotton. I could hear my Neighbour on the phone and going to the washroom as if he was my flat mate sitting in my lap, no privacy or isolation. Room is so ours dated and all the furniture is old, bed and doors are squeaky, bathroom tiles haven’t been fixed in over a decade, the shampoo they provide is of the worst quality I every seen. Balcony door squeaks and balcony hasn’t been washed No hair dryer “surprise, surprise”. When coming to the hotel at night, the night staff was interrogating me where I’m going as if I’m an intruder rather than a resident paying his salary for the next 6 months. Rude and disrespectful manner. All in all, this is the worst Beirut experience I have ever encountered. I strongly recommend you pay a bit more and find something much more decent than this hotel. I would have given it 0 stars if I had the option. Cheers!

the photos of the hotel shows only the new apartmens, rest of them is really poor and old. but there is one, huge advantage - the terrace on the top of the hotel with a beautiful view of a beirut. we had a lot of a problems with a staff - they broke their promises that they gave us before arrival, nothing which said a reservation manager wasn’t true. also be careful, because they will charge you for everyting without a word of an explanation before. moreover, we had left a jacket in our room and they claim that they can’t find it. it’s really wird kind of a hospitality. but - like a manager of a hotel said - „maybe it’s not proffesional for you”..

i liked the location which was a nice place and very good also the stuff was helpful you can reach the beach very easy i want to say a few a bout the interior of the hotel , few apartments are refurbished
