Edde Sands

I feel so bad that I have to write this review as Edde Sands has had a certain nostalgic feeling for me. In 2010, I spent so many great moments there. Today I must share my experience for people to know what to expect. I visited Edde Sands with my family. I was welcome with a weird attitude not too welcoming. It was at 3 pm so most of the day was gone and I wasnt offered any discount. When I reached the pool, I was surprised that there were no chaise longues, The Maiter Nageur asked me if I needed any, I didnt know what he expected me to answer. I said yes. Then I asked him about the towels. He said the reception should have given it to me. Later on, a nice lady Chloe' came and informed me that the towels were for a fee. I was astonished. I complained about the poor service and told her how mad I am. She was kind and spoke with a manager who reached out. Anthony (if I am not mistaken) spoke to me and I addressed my concerns and he offered 4 towels for free. I was sad the pools I used to love are no longer part of Edde Sands and I felt all my memories there were deleted by this experience.

THIS RESORT NEEDS TO BE CLOSED. NO SECURITY AT ALL. It is having financial problems....they downsized the resort....these pictures are old. EXPENSIVE, OLD AND NO SERVICES AT ALL. Avoid it!!!!! THIS RESORT IS NO MORE THE SAME FROM FEW YEARS AGO.....DO NOT GO THERE....

Spent a day there on a Saturday. First, they didn’t even bother to inform us that 3 out of the 4 pools were closed, and that there was an extremely loud party happening right next to the only one still open. The service was incredibly slow. Very sad and disappointed to see what Edde Sands has become.
