Holiday Inn Vilnius

I stayed with my wife on the nights of 20/21 and 21/22 at the Holliday in Vilniuus. I arrived +_ 24h00, and we had as planned, the meals packed. Sai, the next day all day, it's to my surprise when I arrived, hadn't arranged the room. About 7:30 p.m., I complained at the reception., that they had not replaced the towels, nor removed the packages with the rest of the food from the day before. Around 9:00 a.m., a security officer appears handing me some clean towels. The room left unpacked. and garbage to take away Personal apologies? I'm waiting Fernando Vieira

Good hotel, as expected from this chain. Beautiful large room and spacious bathroom. Unfortunately, the third bed was very small, practically a cot (suitable for a small child but not for a teenager). The platform used for the booking did not indicate that the price did not include the third bed, and therefore we found ourselves having to bear this additional cost. This has never happened before with the same platform, which we have used many times in the past, so we believe it is a lack of transparency on the hotel's part. Breakfast with a wide selection.

Exellent service, very helpful personell. K*** who worked in the bar Saturday 18th helped us to a very happy evening by helping us with reservations and guiding!
