MABRE RESIDENCE

The welcome was great , friendly & helpful reception staff . There is no lift so if you book a cheaper room you might end up climbing the stairs to the third floor to an attic room with only a sky light for natural light. The bed was comfortable the bathroom was clean but not being able to have a hot shower in the morning was not good for me at all. When I checked out this morning I informed the receptionist about the lack of hot water and she did not apologise at all , but said YES , THE DIRECTOR HAS ALREADY BEEN INFORMED. So obviously I was not the only one to mention the problem today 12/05/26. My tip would be for potential guests is to enquire if the hot water system has been fixed on booking a room, and to request a lower floor room if you are old or have bad knees like I do. No I don’t want a refund or any compensation , not that I was offered , but the owners need to do something about the hot water problem , its just not good enough at the price.

Very central hotel in the old town, nice location, clean breakfast and large rooms. We were not notified before arrival that the pool and spa department were closed. Noise until late at night from the hotel's restaurant.

Great accommodation with large and clean room. Hearty and varied breakfast. Centrally located, it allows you to visit the center of Vilnius comfortably.
