Cinta Ayu All Suites Pulai Springs Resort

The rooms were dirty , stinking and all the place was so unhygienic. On tell it at the reception they have simple thing to say we are Sold Out. Housekeeping, they came and dint even take the pain to make the bed. Overall a very bad experience.

Attended a conference here. Nice relaxing environment. The meeting hall was good. Large room with comfortable bed, more like an apartment size. Wonderful and friendly staff. Just one thing we were not too happy,.... the toilet bowl was stuck and could not flush down properly, and it happened twice during our stay. It was frustrating. It seemed to us that there was some problem with the sewage drainage system. Another thing is that the breakfast food was just too oily. Wish that it was less oily. Otherwise, we enjoyed the place.

I love the big rooms and the pool and the breakfast and it is very convenient and comfortable. The workers there are really friendly and nice, the room service was the best. Remember that the hotel can stay up till 8 people. I love the pool and the slide.
