DoubleTree by Hilton Johor Bahru

Generous upgrade to Suite were given as Diamond member and very corteous service by Rozlin during check-in. Room wise, is clean and comfortable, as expected. Lounge food and beverage during pre-dinner is exceptional, just unfortunately we were not able to utilize it due to prohibition of child policy between 6.30pm - 7.30pm but Hilton were able to make it right by allowing us to takeaway some food for our child back to room. So it's still a 5* here. Breakfast, as usual, consistently hit the top score in food varieties especially by pastry team. I have went to so many Hilton portfolios, be it Conrad, or WA, all over the world, and yet DT JB still have the best croissant I ever tasted. Overall, DT JB has been consistent and food quality has been improving since we held our marriage in this hotel in 2018 and occasionally return here just for a quick staycation. Good job to the Hotel team!

A big thank you to Adolfinah for the exceptional service. She was attentive, cheerful, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout our meal. Her warm and friendly service really stood out and made our lunch extra special.
