Orange Inn Hotel

I was in Tampoi, Johor on a business trip and I was put up in Orange Inn Hotel for a 3N/4D stay. There was no hot water shower, only ice cold shower. Along corridor there was a horrible stench and water leaks flooding part of the corridor. Room was very noisy due to traffic sound coming from the main road. Staff wasn't that helpful with the zero hot water situation and I was referred to their markerting manager. I was told they are fixing the issue and it was due to electrical issues on the solar panel heaters. I waited patiently day after day showering with ice cold water in the mornings. There was still no hot water upon time of checking out. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the lack of proper maintenance and training to staff. Housekeeping wasn't available but bed was made up without changing of sheets on a daily basis. Even the bath towels are not replaced on a daily basis. Just imagine the horror we need to go through after working long hours on a daily basis. Wifi was offered, but it's not working!

I was expecting a dull and basic room however it fascinates me to find that the room was cozy, clean and organized. Tv, internet are working well. A small wardrobe and table. Water heater is working well too. Not many staff but friendly. Will definitely come again.

The room is nice. Stayed here just for a night. Location wise is good, room is clean. There are WiFi, mini-fridge, iron board and hair dryer, flat TV but poor TV coverage, air conditioning need to service (slept with sweat on my back). Overall is quite okay for the price.
