Checked in on 1/8-2/8 - Feels good to come back & kudos to Mr Ash Shahid from front desk as usual very friendly, warm person & excellent service very smooth check in/out process. Really appreciated that i got upgraded to a spacious cozy room & they put me on a highest floor with balcony as we can enjoy the view at night & very relaxing. Definitely will come back!

I am writing to share my sincere appreciation for the consistently exceptional service and comfort we experience at the Renaissance. Having stayed with you multiple times, we are always impressed by the high standards maintained by your team. Our recent stay from June 20th to 23rd was truly wonderful. While we encountered an issue with a leaking ceiling in our children’s room, the situation was handled promptly and efficiently. Christina was incredibly swift in moving us to another room and ensuring we were comfortable throughout the transition. We would especially like to extend our gratitude to Ella and Ezah from the restaurant team, as well as Christina from the Front Office. Their warm hospitality contributed significantly to another memorable stay, and we are grateful for the excellent service provided during our visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Renaissance Johor Bahru Hotel with our family and two young kids. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing plenty of space for the children. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The breakfast selection was excellent, with many choices suitable for both adults and kids. The facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again.
