We recently organised a national level engineering event - NATSUM 2026, a 4-day event at Trove Hotel Johor Bahru, and the overall experience was truly excellent.
The hotel provided great support throughout the event, and I would especially like to commend Ms. Julie Tan, Assistant Sales Director, for her exceptional attentiveness and professionalism.
As organiser, there were many last-minute requests and operational challenges. Ms. Julie was always responsive and supportive. What impressed us the most was that when a small issue occurred around 1:00 AM, she responded immediately despite the late hour and ensured that the matter was resolved promptly. That level of commitment and responsibility is rare and deeply appreciated.
During our Day 3 Gala Dinner, Ms. Julie personally oversaw the arrangements to ensure everything ran smoothly and perfectly. We also required additional tables for registration and event operations, and she accommodated our requests efficiently without hesitation.
The banquet arrangements, coordination, and overall hospitality contributed significantly to the success of our event. Our participants from various branches across Malaysia gave very positive feedback on the venue and the experience.
