Sibu Island Resort

Sibu Island is a weekend resort, that can be easily reached for a weekend trip from Singapore. Advantage is, that starting off Singapore on a Friday evening, you will hit Sibu Island already on the same day. So - in comparison to week end trip Singapore to Tioman, you will spend two night on Sibu during one week end trip. Beautiful environment, so far well made resort facilities. Look at the pics i uploaded here, the owner, Sultan of Johor Baru, likes to collect and show animals like deer, peafowl, and more. Only the public pool with the bar totally sucked during my stay.

A little bit upset because this resort a little bit boring. Not as expected. So i suggest youll if want to stay here, dont stay too long. The services provided was slow. Room was not bad. A little bit dirty but benefit to me because i choose a room that overlooking the sea so the scenery was beautiful. Food that provided was good. The buffet suited to the local taste. Theres also provide karaoke room if you want to release tension. Jungle trekking that i involved was very exciting because the place and the view was quite nice. Then, snorkeling time was exciting to because they brought to the place that have many fish and the water wasnt murky. So far this resort had their advantages & disadvantages.

Im stayed 2 night here. Its far from Johor Bahru about 200km. Advertisement look like beautiful but reality its very dissapointed. Old fashion funiture. Slow service. Shower not fumction. Food its so so. Lucky we not stay more than 2 days.
