Alia Residence Business Resort

This was the third resort I stayed at in Langkawi, and unfortunately, it was by far the worst experience. Despite booking a non-smoking room, I was immediately hit by a strong smell of cigarette smoke upon entering. The walls were crawling with ants, the kettle and countertop were covered in dust, and worst of all, the bedsheets had multiple mysterious stains—absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. What’s shocking is that this place charges more than the previous two resorts I stayed at, which both deserved 5-star reviews for their cleanliness, service, and overall hospitality. This resort, on the other hand, was swarming with mosquitoes, and the surrounding grounds were poorly maintained and messy. Other than being close to the airport, I really can’t find anything worth recommending. Definitely not a place I would suggest to anyone—it ruined what was otherwise a wonderful trip. 这是我在Langkawi住的第三间度假屋，却是最糟糕的一次体验。入住当天就见识了一个不专业的resort可以有多差。 明明预订的是非吸烟房，一打开门却扑面而来一股刺鼻的烟味；墙上布满蚂蚁，水壶和台面堆满灰尘，完全没有打扫干净；床单上还有一滩滩不明污迹，恶心至极，完全不敢碰。 这家度假屋比我之前住的其他两家还贵，但无论在卫生、服务态度还是整体环境上都远远不如。房间里还有很多蚊子，屋外周围也没有好好打理，看起来很杂乱。 除了靠近机场以外，真的想不到有什么值得推荐的地方。非常不建议大家来这里住宿，完全破坏了旅途的好心情。

She stayed for a couple of nights as the hotel is located near the cable car and the port of Telaga. Lived in different categories of rooms - standard and deluxe. Deluxe on the second floor, standard on the first floor. I liked the deluxe more, because the view from the room was beautiful, but in this case you have to climb the stairs every time, including with luggage at check-in/check-out (no concierge). Although my room standard was with more space. No deposit was required at check-in. The rooms are clean, but there were small ants running, there is a kettle, tea and coffee, a refrigerator, TV (not used), hairdryer (not used), air conditioning, balcony/terrace. The property is not large, but it has a compact swimming pool and a small area for sunbathing and relaxation, a back patio, a gazebo. There are various cafes, small grocery stores near the store (in walking distance). The hotel's location is not deaf, taxis arrive quickly even in the morning. There are no walking areas near the hotel, the beach and attractions are only accessible by transport. The airport is close. At about 8 a.m. I left the hotel - the reception was empty, but you can just leave the key at the counter.

We had a good sleeping from this hotel. Swimming pool was ok but didn't have time to go in. Receptionist was friendly. There were not much things to do around the hotel and it's also far from tourist places that we must take a grab car to go out except cable car & skybridge but sadly all closed for maintenance. We only liked one thing where Arinazz Kitchen was our favorite for an affordable quality of western food with the best service from the owner's cafe who was really nice to us, I'd recommend people MUST TRY IT !!!
