This place is abandoned and poorly maintained do not go there there are no people or guests there it is just broken material and bush

I want to contradict all the bad reviews!For us this is a paradise corner ,our old cottage.The first time we got here before the pandemic when the hotel blossomed in everything, there were monkeys ,everywhere toucans by the pool on the palm trees ,worked hotel bars and paradise from the balcony.After the pandemic shabby hotel of course ,monkeys washed.But I want to say that this hotel reminds me of the fairy tale beauty and the monster - castle with a beautiful chic entrance ,big pool in the jungle , good breakfasts.The situation recovered when we arrived already 3 times after the pandemic ,try to clean up.Now we are going 4 times and only there .Consider writing bad only about the left wing there tin.The right wing with white balconies and large rooms must be taken .Well if there and not quite perfect cleanliness but the silence toucans peck berries -vi from the balcony and nearby a big shop where we do not heavy sanitation buy.The hotel is on against the huge new Park Royal where a great beach.Super there for us💥

This place is gross. We stupidly ignored the reviews because sometimes they are a bit harsh for the things that are important to us and we really loved the look of the pool. How stupid were we? So so bad. Filthy and 2/3rds of the pool were green or growing things in there. I am just so grateful my 6th sense kicked in and I lifted the doona and found a dirty sheet. That led to the chain of events that made us leave the hotel. When they took the sheet off to change it we were greeted with the most disgusting thing ever. When we asked for a new mattress they showed us 5 more which were all dirty as the one shown in pics. One pool was growing weeds etc in there so thinking that has been out of order for quite a while and the other end was green and thick. In the end the receptionist told us that it was ok to go find somewhere else to stay and they would refund our money through our booking agent. It appears the booking agent can not get in touch with them, they have not refunded the money and the booking agent has taken down my review. Clear to see where their loyalties lay.
