Favehotel Cenang Beach

I really fall in love with this Hotel..All the staff are really friendly..The room is really clean..The food is super delicious eventhough due to pandemic they serve a la carte but for me its fine because im satisfied with overall fave hotel services..I would like to thank to everyone especially Memey from housekeeping who made birthday decoration in my room🥳🥳🥳🥰🥰..Syawal from FO...and Ms. Anna who assists me a lot from beginning until end of my trip..Thank you so much...i give you11/10 rating..Kudos👍👍👍

Second time staying here, although room seems basic but what makes it all better is the Staff, this hotel has some of the most amazing and polite staffs. Breakfast was way better than Pelangi hotel we stayed the day before. Although the pool was not deep but we still had a pretty good stay. We extended our check out time and was charged reasonably for it. Once again, thank you to all the staffs who attended us and made us feel so welcomed.

We did not have much expectations when booking a room for our family holiday at The Fave Cenang hotel. But we were surprised with the services provided by staff here, even though it's a 3 stars hotel but I would rate the services provided by staff here 5 stars. We checked in with the normal RMCO process which is ongoing now, we had a room with great and relaxing views of the pool and mountains. Our room was clean and all amenities were up to our expectations, the large queen size bed and pillows was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was a mix of local Asian and western dishes and food was delicious, services provided by staff during the busy breakfast hours was excellent. The hotel have a cool pool with views of the mountains, there is seating space around the pool deck area, great venue to chill out with a cold drink too. There are a few restaurants nearby, and the Cenang beach and shopping area is just a short walk away. We spent our day out out shopping and at the Cenang beach, and back to the hotel to have a relaxing time in the evening as it's really a peaceful environment here compared to the Cenang beach area. We would like to say thank you to En. Latiff and team for the excellent services provided during our stay. Overall, we as a family had a wonderful time here and look forward to staying here again when on holiday in Langkawi in the near future.
