Cik Ayu and staffs at FnB are friendly n helpful. They are also thoughtful even on air con before our arrival. They served with a smile. Breakfast is prepared from their hearts which is tasteful. Room clean and comfortable. Toilet needs improvement. Location to duty free shop convenient.

Our second time staying at this hotel, the staff were very friendly and kind, especially Ayu. From the moment I made the booking until check-in, the staff were extremely helpful. The room was clean and facing the sea. The breakfast was also delicious, and the chef was very friendly. I will come again in the future.

Nice location, good hotel. Very basic but good enough. Simple breakfast again good enough. The staffs were very helpful and gracious.
