Kondo Istana

We are shocked because this kondo is not well mentain . First impression is very bad because at the lobby is no front office or customer service. We're quite happy about the space , the rooms and their facilities such as tv , ice box , aircondioner and sofa . The location is good because near the jetty , kuah town , shopping centre and food centre but we need the special customer service to help us.

The place wasn't fabulous, but the apartment was clean it had 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms and they had a kitchen. The place looked like its abandoned.. We booked a whole apartment. It was a pleasant stay. The beach is far since its in the middle of Kuah town. Near to the jetty..

we stayed here in one suite with 3 rooms house. it was very clean, and very nice. all the bed includes clean pillow with blanket, and the airconditioning system is function well too. the guy at the receptionist was very good and nice. i also love that thay have a large swimming pool downstairs.
