Langgura Resort

We booked this for one night. Reception wound only provide one swipe card for the room. You could not pay extra for a second key. There were no pool towels available when we went swimming in the pool. Reception told us to let them know if there were no towels before we went swimming. We did this, however had an hour later we were still waiting for pool towels. I ended up having to walk into reception dripping wet to ask again for towels. They told us to go to our room and they would send some up. So I dripping all through the lobby and lift and hallways to our room. 5 mins later someone showed up with two pool towels. The rooms are in dire need of repair. It’s honestly the worst kept hotel room I’ve ever been in. Large chunks out of the walls, skirting boards missing, stained sheets. No shower curtain, rust all over the bath tub. Blood on the bathroom walls. There is nothing about this hotel that is positive, except its location. Even their luggage storage is in an open room that can be accessed by anyone from the public. Avoid at all costs

I have been repeating the same hotel for more than 3 times already. Location-wise was perfect because the hotel was located near to Cenang Beach entrance. The room was okay with working AC and shower.

I like the hotel and the room is spacious. I was given the room at level 5. Even though it is not right at the beach but it's only few meters away from the hotel. Wi-Fi connection is very good and I will definitely come back here again.
