Only the price is ok ... because it is so low. Very busy commercial neighborhood. Outdated rooms and too much concrete in an idyllic place. Pictures are wrong! These are from a few years ago and it doesn't look so clean anymore. Staff very friendly and helpful. But still for us a setback and have looked for another hotel on the spot.

Worst Hotel Experience in Langkawi – This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I strongly advise everyone to avoid staying here. Room 415 was in terrible condition. The air conditioner was not working despite the extremely hot weather, making it impossible to sleep. Water was dripping inside the room, the TV remote didn't work, the lights were not working properly, and even the Wi-Fi was not working. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and completely unacceptable. We informed the staff about these issues at night. At first, they told us they would move us to another building, but later they refused to change our room. The staff were extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. When I asked to speak to the manager, one of the staff members said, "Go speak to anyone. We don't care. Give a bad review—we don't care." This kind of behavior is shocking and completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Because the air conditioner was not working, we could not rest or sleep the entire night. Instead of helping us, the staff showed no concern for our comfort or well-being. Don't even think about booking this hotel if you want a peaceful and comfortable stay. Just because the location is good doesn't mean the hotel is worth it. Don't spoil your trip, your stay, and your mood by choosing this place. The service is pathetic, the rooms are in the worst condition, and the staff simply don't care about their guests. Save your money and choose another hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Tired hotel in the heart of Pantai Cenang. Location could not be beaten, breakfast is pretty good, varied and plentiful, a few more options of fruit would be good. Rooms are a little dated. Cleanliness is missing. I had to nag the cleaning staff each day to clean my room, they kept insisting it had been cleaned. It had not. The pool was good but limited areas to sit or relax by it. If you’re on a budget, I would recommend but otherwise not.
