Electricity was shut for 9 hours but no alternative supplies, provisions or compensatory measures.

This is my second stay within a week with 2 different family groups. Overall was great. The hotel staffs were all very friendly and helpful. Specifically Mr Harmizi. They even got our grab food deliveries delivered to our rooms. Most of the Rooms were big and comfortable for big families. Location wise, walking distance to KLCC.

We were here from 28 May till 31 May, it seems either the place too cramped for front office to attend to guests or they were over loaded for either check in guests, check out guests or any queries to attend to. The hotel needs to upgrade the Front Office area with better lightings and spaces. The Bell or Concierge Guys who carried out bags up were excellent. We misunderstood that our 2 bedrooms will come with washer and dryer but they were not, thus please confirm when booking the room. Second day of our stay (Sat) we requested the housekeeping to be done at 12.30pm since we will be out for lunch. Call was made around 10.45am to 11.00am before we left. When we returned back to the room, about 1pm, it was not done. When checked the Front Office Lady (same person checked us in) told me actually the timing cannot be promised. No word of apologizing about it. We waited at the lobby till 3pm, still the room was not cleaned. There seems to be confusing with some of the Front Office on the WORD housekeeping and make up room. Does this two meaning the same? Do ensure as well the water or sweets that was put up for the guests at the lobby is checked especially the water that was on dispenser can come out. There's something stuck from the bottom of it that made the water unable to flows out (30 May, afternoon). Hopefully the hotel can ensure that the hotel is equipped with housekeeping attendants during peak period. Nevertheless the housekeeping attendant that did our room did very well. Breakfast on 31 May was so-so. It seems the cook didnt know how to do baked beans. Service was excellent but the food has to be improved. Hopefully this can be improved by then. The Bell Boys attendants and driver for the shuttle were excellent.
