Berjaya Times Square (2 Bedroom Deluxe)

The best Hotel in Kl it our 2nd stay we are planning 3rd stay in December Hope we get the same service and the same Room .All the staff are very helpful Keshav ,Ahrishna ,Ralaman ,we arrived on the 30th of December,and the shopping mall is a must,I recommend at 100%

Ming team took us around Saigon on 4th December 2023. The whole team was fantastic and very helpful, showing us all the sights that we wouldn't have got to on a car/bus type tour. We were looked after very well and would recommend them to anyone visiting the city.

Apartment-type facility. There are many apartments with different names in Times Square. The one I stayed at was called "Rainbow Suites at Times Square". However, the key I received said "EMPIRE SUITE AT TIMES SQUARE". Maybe there are many rooms with different owners. There may be a huge difference in quality between the rooms, but the room I stayed in was the worst. Old and dirty. Wi-Fi signal was almost nonexistent. I booked two beds but there was only one. It was completely different from the photo on the website. The sofa made me itchy when I sat on it (both my wife and I got itchy). Maybe I should have said "No to this room" when I was shown the room at first. There was no front desk because it was an apartment. There was a desk-like person, but they just connected me to the person in charge. I could have changed the room, but it was too much trouble, so I stayed only one night instead of three nights and stayed at another hotel.
