Extremely Disappointing Stay (Room 908, 20–23 March 2026) My family and I stayed at Dua Sentral Kuala Lumpur By Roam apartments from 20 to 23 March 2026 in Room 908 (9th floor), and the experience was extremely disappointing. The room conditions were unacceptable: Water heater not working Air-conditioning barely functioning (takes around 3 hours to cool the room) Strong unpleasant smell throughout the room Broken toilet Broken shower head No cleaning service provided No towel changes at all during the stay After the first night, I reported all the issues to the Five Senses office at the lobby. They assured me the room would be repaired, but nothing was done for the rest of our stay. On top of the poor room conditions, parking was another major problem. There is no free parking, and the paid parking is extremely expensive — RM4 for the first hour and RM2 for every hour after, with no maximum daily cap. I eventually had to purchase season parking for RM18 + tax per day just to avoid paying an even higher amount. For the premium price charged, the lack of maintenance, service, and basic customer care is unacceptable. The property also does not provide a phone number, only an email, making it very difficult to get assistance. I contacted Agoda to raise a complaint, but they said it would take 72 hours, which was beyond my stay duration. I have stayed in many places in KL such as Opus, EST, and BTS, and never encountered such poor standards. I do not recommend this property. Anyone considering booking Dua Sentral should think twice to avoid the same disappointment.

This was the worst room I’ve stayed in, and I will never come back again. The Wi-Fi was not working, the TV was not working, and even the iron was not working. These are basic amenities that should be available. The check-in & check-out times were very limited. For business travelers, this is extremely inconvenient. Contacted the hotel via WhatsApp, received no reply. Very poor service and experience. Not recommended.

The staff at Five Senses genuinely care about their guests and go out of their way to accommodate every request. They provided useful information about the apartment's facilities and even offered suggestions for nearby attractions and places to eat. The lobby itself set the tone for the luxury that awaited me. Dua Sentral the perfect base for anyone looking to explore the city’s famous attractions, such as the Petronas Twin Towers, Bukit Bintang, or the Batu Caves. Even better, the KLIA Express train allows for a quick and hassle-free trip to and from Kuala Lumpur International Airport, making my travel experience incredibly efficient. There are also plenty of shopping opportunities nearby. Nu Sentral, one of Kuala Lumpur’s top shopping malls, is within walking distance of the apartment. With a wide range of international brands, restaurants, and entertainment options, it became my go-to spot for dining and shopping during my stay. The area around KL Sentral is also home to several local shops, eateries, and cafes, where you can experience a taste of the local culture. Dining Options: A Culinary Wonderland Nearby While the apartment offers a fully functional kitchen for those who prefer to cook, the area surrounding Dua Sentral is filled with dining options that cater to all tastes and budgets.
