D Villa Residence Kuala Lumpur

Its buffet food in the morning has to be improved (for the price of 39rm) , not sure why the choice and limited? Did they cater to the vietnamese mainly??? (Many vietnamese) Else is safe and clean If you wish that it could be smacked right in the city centre, then you need to pick another one However it s quiet and peaceful

Nice and easy staycation place in the heart of Jalan Ampang with strategic location, reasonable room rate, comfortable and spacious room with kitchen set, and nice pool. Thank you so much Ms Relina & Ms Sofie for warm welcome and efficient check in process and to all Oakwood Kuala Lumpur staffs for great services and hospitality.

Disgusting red and yellow stains on ALL mattresses! Look at the pics. If you go through the 1 star reviews you will see that this has been a problem at this place for a long time now These people are as shady as it gets. I checked out early, and now this hotel, despite giving me an email promising a refund, is not giving me back my money...And straight up lying to me, saying that they already processed the refund so that they can keep the money Understand that the Room Manager told me that all the mattresses are stained. She literally said to me that they don't have any clean mattresses! Upon lifting up the stained sheets to find this horror, I offered to switch rooms or get a new mattress. I looked at several rooms, and every mattress was stained. All the chairs and couches are also stained. This hotel is morally and financially bankrupt. FWIW, if you make a complaint to ASR, they just forward all the info to the property and don't do anything at all. No wonder the Oakwood KL won't replace its mattresses and lies about refunds. Ascott just lets them do whatever they want without any oversight or accountability. Stay far away from this place. I am personally done with ASR all together after this nightmare and no one taking any responsibility at all
