Absolutely terrible experience. Stay away from this property. From the moment we entered, the apartment was filled with a strong sewage-like smell that remained throughout our entire two-night stay. Despite repeated complaints to both the reception and Agoda, nothing was done to resolve the issue. The apartment felt old, neglected, and poorly maintained. Every bathroom had an unpleasant smell, the wash basins drained very slowly, lighting was poor, and ventilation was almost non-existent. It honestly felt like the unit had been abandoned for a long time. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. There wasn’t a single aspect of the stay that met our expectations. The most disappointing part was the attitude of the reception staff. There was no empathy, no willingness to help, and almost every request was met with a simple “No.” Kuala Lumpur has many excellent places to stay—this is not one of them. I would never return and cannot recommend this property to anyone.

We decided to give E&O Residence another try after a mediocre stay last year. I must say there has been great improvements both in customer service & cleanliness since our last stay. We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the room that we were assigned. The location is great, an easy walk to both KLCC and Bukit Bintang. The pool is refreshing and there is a view to the Petronas Towers. The rooms are starting to show age however I think the price has come down to reflect this and is now good value for money.

The accommodation was fantastic, everything perfect! The price was an excellent value for what we got unbeatable quality for the cost. The room was very spacious, large, and clean.Room view directly at KL tower. Check-in was super quick!
