Location is at the heart of the busy center KLCC. Is where the action happens, Hotel service is nice the Concierge will take care of the heavy lifting, the room is quite. Special shout out to a fellow Receptionist her Name is Carmen. She mentioned she doing training but I felt like I was dealing with a senior, her service and they way she handle my request was brilliant. And thank you for the supervisor or manager she came out to advised me on using the computer next day. Also let's not forget Arman the one who brought my heavy lugge to the room thank you sir. 💪 Overall the arrival experience is quick and easy very seamless feel. So far so good.
