We recently had a wonderful stay at Lanson Place, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we booked until the day we checked out, every part of our experience was seamless and professional. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and a productive working environment. We weren't just in Kuala Lumpur to unwind—we also needed to get some work done, and the apartment provided the perfect space to do so. It was quiet, well-equipped, and made it easy to balance work with leisure. What really made our visit exceptional was the incredible team. Every staff member we met was warm, welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. Their genuine kindness and outstanding service made us feel like valued guests and part of the Lanson Place community. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable. Our six-night stay at Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon was, without question, one of the finest serviced apartment experiences we have ever had. From the very beginning, our experience was exceptional thanks to Christy Lok, Senior Sales & E-Commerce Manager. She patiently answered every one of my numerous email queries before our arrival, making the entire booking process effortless and reassuring. Upon our arrival, she personally took the time to show us the available accommodation options, allowing us to choose the absolutely elegant One-Bedroom Deluxe Residensi on the 42nd floor. The residence was beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, impeccably maintained, and blessed with truly eye-popping, uninterrupted views of the Kuala Lumpur skyline. Waking up to that spectacular panorama each morning was an unforgettable priceless experience. Equally outstanding was the hospitality extended by Humeir and his wonderful team at the Club Lounge on the 48th floor. Our breakfasts were where our every interaction was warm, genuine, and attentive. They remembered our preferences, welcomed us each day with sincere smiles, and made us feel less like guests and more like family. Their professionalism, kindness, and impeccable service elevated an already wonderful stay into something truly special. Every member of the Lanson Place team we encountered exemplified gracious hospitality, and the property itself is a perfect blend of understated luxury, comfort, elegance, and tranquility. Its location is superb, offering easy access to the vibrant heart of Kuala Lumpur while providing a peaceful sanctuary to return to after a day of exploring. It is rare to find a property where every aspect of the experience exceeds expectations, but Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon has achieved exactly that. I stay over one week for business therefore I book the weekly package, it very nice property with stunning view, the pool at 5th floor is so relaxing, breakfast lounge at rooftop is perfect for work, staff is cheerful.
