Swiss-Garden Hotel Kuala Lumpur

The room is dirty. Neglected. The ground is bright yellow. Insects are everywhere. I feel nauseous. There's not even water. A room like that in a residence like that. The doors are covered in yellow handprints. I barely managed to stay there for 6-7 hours. I'm glad I'll only stay for a short time. And they're asking for a deposit for a room like this. Don't ruin your vacation!

On 17 Aug - 20 Aug 3 days 2 nights dtg check-in hotel to the swiss garden hotel at 11am, the room is not yet ready to enter, check-in at 3pm, the hotel is very good excellent service in the counter by our people Sabahan name Mr Andrew and the others also and Mr Andrew call my at 12pm can come to pick up the keys, it is very satisfying for me, the overall is very satisfying, I will come again grand mercure hotel, we are also bah this poingka 👍... see you again Mr Andrew thank you.

1 night check in on 16th Aug-17th Aug, hotel was clean, great personality, smile, greeting by all staff, especially the receptionist check in by Andrew fast, explained all the facilities are renovations all clear & perfection, Everthing was excellent, for sure come back next time Grand Mercure.
