We had a very pleasant stay at AC Hotel Kuala Lumpur, but what really stood out was the service from the front desk team. A special thank you to Faysal, Ketty, and Nita, the manager, who were consistently welcoming, attentive and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Every interaction felt personal rather than transactional, and whenever we needed assistance, the team handled it efficiently and with a positive attitude. Nita clearly leads a team that understands what good hospitality should feel like — professional, warm and effortless. It is easy to remember a hotel for its rooms and facilities, but exceptional people are what make you want to return. Thank you Faysal, Ketty and Nita for taking such good care of us. We will definitely look forward to staying at AC Hotel Kuala Lumpur again.

I stayed at the AC Hotel Puchong for three weeks, and it was a truly wonderful experience. First, I would like to thank Livia at the reception. She genuinely understands the value of Marriott Bonvoy membership and the level of service that comes with it. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made every interaction a pleasure. Every morning, walking into the breakfast area and being welcomed by Sakib with a genuine smile was the perfect way to start the day. His friendly and personal approach never went unnoticed. Finally, a special shout-out to Sohel, who took care of my room throughout my stay. He consistently kept it spotless, well-stocked, and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. Thank you to the entire team for making my three-week stay such an enjoyable one. I would happily stay here again.

We stayed here during a family trip to Kuala Lumpur and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a great location, close enough to the city centre to get around easily, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to feel peaceful. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and we were lucky enough to get an early check-in, which was a great bonus after travelling. Our room was spacious, clean and well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beakfast was also very good, with a decent variety of choices. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and felt it offered a good balance of comfort, location and value. We’d definitely consider staying here again when visiting Kuala Lumpur.
