I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Royal Kuala Lumpur. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to offer assistance without being asked. Their genuine hospitality made us feel very welcomed. Special praise to Manager Irwan, who is truly a gem to the hotel. He was professional and sincere, always ready to help, and recommended great places to eat and visit around Kuala Lumpur. I also witnessed how he handled a very upset guest with patience and professionalism. By the end, the guest was laughing and chatting with him like a good friend. This truly shows his passion for hospitality and excellent guest handling skills. The breakfast was good, and compliments to the housekeeping team for maintaining the room cleanliness. Overall, a memorable stay with great service. Highly recommended!

Hôtel royal KL is located in the heart of Bukit Bintang, very convenient to visit all the highlights spots in Malaysia and for shopping and variety of international food. It’s has very large rooms with stunning view of KL city ( pavillon, pantoras, sky tower …). Excellent staff and service, very friendly and kind, always present to help. The manager Irwan is very sympathetic and nice. I deeply recommend .
