Klebang Beach Resort

Booked here during triathlon in malaca. Its good that we can bring our bikes inside the room. The staff was not that friendly to customers. (Needs improvement) Buffet breakfast also is limited and not that delish. The bed was ok and comfortable (big)

Been here with my family. Has nice built up area with nice landscape. Clean swimming pools and nice food. Affordable price.Was a bit disappointed because the resort is located beside a man made beach or mini lagoon with a small dirty shore. Not suitable for family picnic. Room that I ve stayed was facing so called garden view but, in actual fact I only can see roof of the hotel. Bedsheets and towels had stains. Good thing was they allowed us to change to cleaner sheets and towels. Staff majority were very friendly and helpful. This resort is more suitable to called as Motel rather than beach resort. Anyway, it would be a good place to stay for short business trip but not for those who are looking forward to have fun at seaside.

I resort trying out this "resort", as an outing trip with family by the seaside. Bad choice made at tat time. No other seaside hotels or resort was available. Should have stayed in my regular hotel on go the the seaside from there. Don't let the name of the resort decieve you. I was expecting a real resort, nut it tuned out otherwise. But to be fair. Here are my comments and reviews. Staff are overall friendly, even though we were greeted by a receptionist who we thought and think was expressionless. No smile. No greetings. Just asked name and handout the keys. Location. Yes by the seaside. A small man made lagoon. less than 400 metres long. Kindly ignore the cemetary as you drive in ya. Room. Too small. We booked a twin sharing. 1 Queen and 1 single. We can hardly move freely and comfortably. TV, small refrigerator, aircond and the common extras are there. We were told that the room booked had a garden view. The view we got was, the rooftop and wall of another room. Cleanliness. We were suprised to find that the towels were stained ( I don't want to know by or with what ). Even the linen and bed covers. Sigh...... Breakfast. The breakfast package includes American Breakfast (I found it very good and tasty) and Mamak Style Fried Noodles. Need to order it from the kitchen staff. Other than that the normal bread and butter, coffee and tea, cereal and cordial drink. Just simple meal to get you started for the morning. Others. The pool is nice. They have adult and children pools. Beautiful I may say. Let's face it. This place is old and need some facelift. Maybe it is poorly maintained. This place may be suitable for those on a very short bussiness trip. A relaxing place by the seaside.......NO I feel like staying in a cheap motel rather than a resort. I don't recommnd this place for a family outing . Even couples Unless with the thoughts of cooling down in the pool. And it is not cheap here, considering the room offered, cleanliness and purpose staying? Money not worth spending.
