Euro Rich Hotel Melaka

Reception name Farid working with no passion but still need salary.what i mean this is when me and my family ontheway from KL to melaka i call hotel to confirm check in time.when i call reception guy name farid pickup my call with no any greeting and with no any single word like (hello,hi)just pickup then silent,until im the one talk say 'hi' on the line and still not have a proper ansnwer its feel like are we check in the to scammer hotel or what? why so scare to asnwer call and question,,and when we check in around 4pm when i proceed to counter i think same reception guy who pickup my call name Farid attend me,when i at counter with no smile and also with no any say "hi"he ask me like im at emigresen counter at the airport. he ask for the room deposit and parking like the hell.Euro Rich hotel I know u are budget hotel but please train all ur recpetion staff to work as a hotel frontdest not a scammer office.i dont mine about the greeting cause ya i know its just budget hotel but when talk to the guest please show ur face with smile ur not working at Emigresen counter at airport.

Hotel look very nice from out side but not from inside . I had stayed room 319 but room cleanliness is below My expectation .One of bedside lamp on and off .Another one is not working and floor warping . Toilet seat cover very dirty need to change as no hygiene ,Shower rod very dirty seems like no cleaning and scrub at all.Pillow condition very dirty even through cover with pillow case and duvet insert also fully of stained. The best points linens is totally new and fresh .What was surprised me when i open curtain the window glass already shattered .I guess what pay is from Out Of Order room. Like room nobody inspect .

Clean room, affordable, stylish and the staff are very helpful. I can walk to Jonker Street Hatton square in just 10min. what a good location with very affordable prices. I will definitely come back again and again.
