Bliss Boutique Hotel

- Room condition, good. - Cleanliness was average. Guest toilet was close. - Aircond bad. You can't feel the cool aircond. - Hotel corridor is also no aircond. An old carpet hotel corridor makes you feel like in a store room. - Aircond remote was out of batery. - Not value for money. No window room for the room i booked for my stay. compare to other hotel, this hotel price is not reasonable. - Staff not available after 12 pm. Hard to find staff on duty because only 1 staff on duty. I check out early before 8 am but no hotel staff available. I just leave the hotel. Luckily I did not pay any deposit. - Parking is hard to find.

Very accessible from JB City Centre. Has shops that sell cheap and good food nearby till late too. Staff are very friendly, along with good hotel facilities. Rooms are spacious and well designed for sleeping comfort.

was welcomed with a cup of orange juice by their friendly staff and the rooms are really well-decorated :-)!! this hotel has really good location with prata house, massage place etc within walking distance! had a pleasant 2 nights stay here
