a very disappointing stay. very unlike what is posted online. the air-cond was not functioning at all - made a complain at 1700 but still no action taken at 2030. no other available room and 2 broken...

The family room in the deluxe floor was priced right at rm168 compared to similarly situated places that were charging between rm170-248. Pros - central location, just 10 min walk to CIQ...

I stayed in Jay hotel for a night on the way to Singapore. It was advertised on the web as a basic but decent 3 stars hotel. Instead of a decent hotel I have found a cave with holes in the walls...
