Mini Sayang Residence

It was a great stay at this guest house. It has three floors where the living room and the kitchen are on the first floor, the one and only bathroom on the second floor and the beds on the second and third floor. Unfortunately it has only one bathroom but the location is good enough.

In November 2016, my friends and I decided to stay in Mini Sayang Residence Guest House for 2 days and 1 night. This place was located deep inside a street and it only has 1 lock to lock the entrance door. So, it did not make us feel safe. Next, upon our arrival, we were shocked to find the walls peeling, furniture and toilet bowl broken and smells of a strange odour in the living room.WiFi could Not be connected even though we have called to complain, but no actions were taken but unreasonable excuses were given. There were Only 2 beds, a double and a single on the second floor and the rest were mattresses placed on the 3rd floor. There was No fridge or any other cooking facilities.However, Jonker street was nearby (8-10 minutes walk) and food can be found nearby easily. I suggest you to find a better choice of a guest house, unless you are able to bear with the disadvantages for an affordable price.
