Regalo Hotel (With Lift)

I check in on November 3rd . The room so nice and clean same goes to the toilet . Big enough for me , my 11 year old brother and my 2 year old daughter . There a window . I have problem with the AC that night . Not even 5 minutes they fix it for me . Thank you so much . Gonna stay here again next time .

Stayed here for a night, I went to Melaka with my mom, husband and kid for food hunting trip. Decided to stay at this place as the review in Booking.com was quite promising and good. Arrived late and checked in at around 7pm. We decided to book this hotel, mainly just to sleep, but we cant sleep well! The air in the room is suffocating! Received a room on the ground floor, corner room towards the end. The room was dark (dimmed light), stinky and the air in the room is really smelly. The bed looks old and it makes me itchy. The towels are thin, have holes and dirtly. Overall it was a horrible terrible stay. The room is not sound proof, you can hear your neighbors taking shower, cigarette smell fills up the walkway to my room. Dear hotel management, you need to fix a lot of thing here. Start with some air purifier and air freshner, change the towels please!

We stayed two nights at the hotel. From the moment we stepped in our first room at 305, there were noises from the tap and it was so loud we were unable to take our nap. We called and the mechanical came to fix it and we were grateful about that until we came back from outside during night time our room are ALL WET due to the leaking water from the tap because the tap was not fix well. We had to move to another way smaller room with no window and we had a hard time sleeping at night because the room make us felt so uncomfortable. After a few request, we got move to another bigger room the next day. However the water from the shower were small and the plug beside the wardrobe is not working. Day staff is very willing to help but not the night staff. upside is the hotel is close to shops and restaurants . There was a night hawker centre at walking distance too.
