Shah s Beach Resort Malacca

Traditional Malaysian design cabins around the pool and right next to the beach. The cabins had modern facilities and were well maintained. I was there at the end of Ramadan so some meal facilities were reduced but after Ramadan an adequate buffet breakfast was provided. It was a busy time around Malacca for the Hari Raya holiday but this resort wasn't busy and provided a quiet peaceful place to stay. Good value for money and helpful staff. Wi Fi worked OK but weak in the room.

Definitely enjoyed myself during my weekend stay at the resort. Room was very comfortable like home and surroundings beautiful. Special thanks to Mr Dennis for fulfilling my every request and being truly hospitality. He handled all my request in a well mannered way and even show effort to ask and care from time to time. Service was excellent and will come back in the future. Once again, thank you and had a memorable stay here at Shah Beach Resort.

Toilet looks disgusting, and the doorknob are broken. the plug is not functioning and the room is dusty. The pool is not clean theyre green-nish. The surrounding of the chalet is an OK. Plus the price isnt suitable for this type of room. But the staffs are friendly. Overall, definitely give this for 2 stars. Were dissapointed.
