I've stayed this hotel for 1 night stay after my terrible experience with (7 Days Premium Malacca Hotel), breakfast was not included but its fine you can easily find a restaurant just few steps from this hotel. The manager *am not sure with his position* and his name is (Zaiman Lim) at reception desk was also very welcoming, pleasant ,very helpful and kind-full. He allowed me to checked in at 11am even though they full house on 22nd Sept 2017 thanks for that :) Besides that he also knowledgeable on travel agency things. The room and facilities are at a moderate rate , the TV, A/C, wardrobe, bathroom are all in good condition and room is very clean and is spotless. The hotel management should look into to the Wifi service at guest room floors. unable to connect during my stay but the lobby WiFi was very good. It is worth staying for outdoor activities; The location was found easily and it is rather near to all the tourist attraction ie. Jonker walk night market , Hard rock cafe Malacca, Indian restaurant, Madam Kings etc etc Thank you for your hospitality, I will come back. Regards SRK

Room Services is good but only the room is a bit smelly. Better put air freshner. Price also good. It's also better if they have their own cafe. Easier for us to have some coffee before take a nap. ..

this budget hotel is near little india and Chinatown. the rooms are ok. the tv does not have a remote control. its the old crt tv. there is no cable tv. the telephone is not working. there is no breakfast. is only good for only a night sleep. if u r on budget this hotel is the best. if u r looking for something good pls stay away from this hotel u will be disappointed.
