Best Western Wana Riverside

It's kinda okay. Nearby the river and view from room , everything fine. Needs to improve on standard. Needs to be more clean and systematic. Breakfast options are actually bad. Need to improve a lot. It would be great if more vegetarian options are provided. Toiletries kit provided in room are to be improvised

Check-in was quick, fast elevators. Room was large with good views of the river and the city. Safe box, plenty of closet space, refrigerator, good TV and good Wifi in room. Good towels and lines and comfortable bed. Quiet room. Breakfast was sufficient. Room cleaning is thorough. Furniture might be dated, but it works well for the price. Desk staff is very kind, but lacks knowledge unless you work with manager. Free newspaper, but no adapter for electric outlet available.

Booking in was fast and easy. Rooms fair size but tired. Needs good re vamp. Breakfast basic but has egg station. Location was good, right on the river. This is a non alcohol hotel but plenty of bars around. Will stay again as it's convenient low cost hotel.
