Grand Sentosa

Checked-In and find that the room is pretty outdated and worst when I take a shower, the shower head was quite faulty. After complaining to my friend whom booked the room for our group, he told the staff to fix it before we come back from Party. The housekeeping chimes uncle is quite rude also. Will never stay here ever again!

The hotel room is in poor condition, and the Wi-Fi connection is extremely unreliable. While there is a dressing table in the room, there are no chairs provided. There is just one wall socket available for charging devices, and no other outlets near the bed. The shower room is not ideal due to the worn-out and leaking faucets. The bed & bed sheet are dirty.

Worst hotel we have booked , we tried to contact the hotel and no one answer . Booking trough to app and tried to email for request and never reply. Room is small and unclean . Definitely will not choose this hotel if I know how they treat their customers.
