Lexis Port Dickson

Trip during ramadhan with family and friends, booked 4 chalets. We all had our iftar and sahur at grand lexis buffet. Pay extra for additional breakfast(replace sahur) since the hotel only provided for 2 pax only. Per pax cost is RM 65 for adult and 35 for children. Really disappointed and pissed off with hotel management that discriminate the muslim guess by serving lousy sahur compare with breakfast. Muslim guess only been served white rice, vegetable, char kuew tiaw and chicken pop corn with same charge as breakfast. The chef accidentally serve roti canai which is not in their plan to serve and retrieve back and keep in the kitchen saying that the roti canai is not for sahur eventhough our children is craving it after seeing the roti canai. Seem like the chef and hotel management was not sensitive with muslim guess who had staycation during ramadhan and serve discriminate food service to muslim guess. As muslim guess who had not taking normal breakfast need to pay same amount RM 65 per head. The hotel management seem like take advantage from us. Reall not recommended to those plan to have ramadhan staycation at Lexis PD or Grand Lexis PD. Our hope to have nice staycation has been tarnished due to insensitive consent from the management. Bad experience and wont come again for sure.

Overall OK except that the room was not as clean as portrayed to be. There were bed bugs and the toilet/bathroom were not clean, as evident by the deeply seated dirt in the tiles. Won't be going back there unless cleanliness upgraded, and some of the fittings replaced.
