1. room : like a cheap hotel room 2. enviroment : dirty , there are big komodo here. no maintainance here. 3. pool : there are dulexe pool in use, superior pool are useless cause it is dirty. 4. slow customer service

I've stayed here with my family for a night. Well it's quite disappointing. First of all in terms of cleanliness is quite terrible as if it was abandoned. The appliances in the room not working well. Love the old rusty look but they never maintain the condition of the place. I've noticed all the bad comments from this so called "resort" it seems they never take action about it. Unfortunately this place have potentials. The price is not worth paying for.

This is not a resort you would like to spend your vacation at. The rooms are shabby with dirty bathrooms and aircons not working. The only good thing is that it is very close to the beach. very weak wifi.
