Receipist and guard was unpolite . Room was old and dirty. A lot stain marks around the room . Room with certain smell . Swimming pool was dirty . Please ignore this hotel as possible . Carpark area was small .

2nd stay in this hotel, 1st was pre-covid. You can definitely see it went through some neglect during the lockdown phase. I think most hotels gone through the same. AC works well. Toilet exhaust fan doesn't work, dusty. Bathroom walls stained, door frame rusty and cracked. Extra pillow is now @ RM5 each and no toothbrush provided (even if you want to pay for it). We just needed a place close to the causeway to sleep for the night, so we could make do with all those. Hopefully the hotel return back to its pre-covid days...though I wish i could brush my teeth in the morning.

Room is dirty, chiller is super noisy i think is more than 70dB, Bathroom condition is okay but I am not sure why do they install a sliding door without the door. Curtain, cushion all also looks dirty. They do provide Internet but it will automatically disconnect every 15-20minutes plus its super super slow
