The Regency Tanjung Tuan Beach Resort

I asked for extra towels and was charged 10.00 per towel, i booked for the rate of 1400.00 for 2 nites and the rooms toilets are outdated . And a male cleaner supervisor was seen shouting at his staffs in front of the guest. So unprofessional attitude, will not come back to stay here anymore !!!!

First of all, i would like to make things clear. For your info, Tanjung Tuan Beach Resort have 2 blocks of apartment. If we booked at the Block B, please do not assume the whole Tanjung Tuan apartments is in bad conditions, because the maintenance for Block B is managed by the units owner. For Block A, the maintenance is handle by the resort management team for housekeeping and also security. Of course they are well train in keeping the resorts in the best condition. Most of Block A apartment have been refurbished and renovate during PKP in year 2020-2021. Now most of government and corporate sectors comes to do their activities or program at Tanjung Tuan Beach Resort using Block A apartments. Please do not compare NANGKA with CEMPEDAK, though it looks alike. Thumbs up to Tg Tuan Beach Resort.

Got this room at Rm260 at Agoda. Good: 1. Beach facing balcony 2. Room is clean, spacious and with most basic facilities such as refrigerator, Astro TV (limited channel), air conditioner at living room and bedrooms, water heater, small kitchen with all the cooking utensils. 3. Good location which just above the beach site and best to local food restaurants such as king's CKT. 4. Has swimming pool but water is not so clean. 5. Easy check in and check out. 6. Owner is very good in response. Bad: 1. Whole building is old. Walls within the room is broken with small holes and it is not painted. 2. When it is raining, the walk way to the room is flooded. 3. Lift is very old and slow. 4.Need a shower curtain else bath room floor will be very wet.
