Honestly, this hotel is worth every penny we pay. Its strategic location, quiet atmosphere, cleanliness and service are excellent. All aspects of convenience, food and service staff are at their best. We will definitely come back here again in the near future and highly recommend this 5-star hotel to family and friends.

From the moment at the reception, getting my booking sorted and getting the key was so frustrating. I was given an uncleaned room despite booking in advance. Stains of coffee and food on the wall. The bed cover has a sticky white residue on it, and the floor hasn't been vacuumed. I have to call a cleaner to clean it. Later, with so much frustration, I had to request them to change my room, which is still really poor in quality. My husband had insect bites all over his body and got completely sick, hardly able to walk. I remember take him on the taxi to the airport in a lying down position. During our dinner, we ordered some beef soup, waited 1 hour for just a soup. We have to remind them after 45 minutes of our order, as i believe they have forgotten.

Situated within Seremban Lake Garden area. Surrounded with trees, it is very serene and calm. Nevertheless very near to Seremban city center. Spacious area with plenty of parking spaces, though not really well kept. The building is old and it is showed, with old furniture, faded carpet. But it is in middle of repainting of the building. Lobby is spacious, but look rather empty with few chairs. The room also spacious but with old furniture. Amenities provided just ok. Complimentary toiletries given are basic. Buffet breakfast just simple malaysian meals - nasi lemak, mee goreng, few choice of fruits & some pastries.
