This hotel has a lot of potential considering the lobby area and the rooms. They should fire the hotel management and renovate the bathrooms.
The rooms are dirty beyond comprehension. We changed rooms because towels and sheets were not changed. In the kids rooms the ants filled the bed. The next two rooms were checked extra before we received the keys. But also here sheets and towels were definitely not changed. They cleaned the toilets after we demanded to do so. The colour changed from brown / yellow with a lot of spots to white! There were fungus, toothpaste stains of previous guests etcetera etcetera. Disgusting! My kids didn’t want to take a shower here.

The worst hotel I have ever found while traveling around the world.
Mold everywhere! On doors, closets, carpets, and the ceiling.
Hair on the bed and towels.
Not to mention the stains on the sheets and towels.
Damp, cold, dirty, and poor service.
We even found what looked like worms in the bathroom.
Disgusting! In Europe they would have already closed it years ago.
RATING -0!
4-star hotel? Not even half a star.

Our room was tired and shabby, looking about 30 years old. It could definitely use a renovation.
The Wi-Fi doesn't work and doesn't load anything—just forget about it. The TV in the room won't connect to the Wi-Fi either, so you won't be able to watch anything.
The balcony door doesn't lock—the hole for the lock is drilled out too wide and is larger than the lock itself.
There is a loud noise coming from the electrical box in the hallway. We actually changed rooms because of the intense buzzing from the box, but as it turned out, the second room wasn't much better—we were told that the boxes make that noise in all the rooms.
The soundproofing is terrible. In the bedroom, you will hear every single toilet visit from your upstairs neighbors—both number one and number two. And if they decide to take a shower, you'll just have to wait for the noise to stop.
The breakfast is mediocre, mostly local cuisine. There is no coffee machine; they expect you to pour coffee from a communal dispenser tank.
There is a strong smell of MOLD and dampness!!! We tried airing the room out for a long time, but a lingering odor remained.
To get our things out of the safe, we had to ask for assistance because it wouldn't open with our code, even though we remembered the code perfectly.
The price of the room matches neither the quality and cleanliness of the room, nor the service.
We had to extend our stay for one more day, and foolishly, we booked a garden view room. They placed us in the neighboring annex—Block C, which has no elevator and seems unpopular. Apparently, people rarely stay or air out the rooms there because the room had an awful smell of MOLD and dampness. No matter how hard we tried to ventilate it, the smell wouldn't go away. As an alternative, they offered to move us to Block B, or told us we could pay all over again for another room in Block A while forfeiting the money from our current booking.
Unfortunately, Block B is no different from C: there is MOLD everywhere on the ceiling and walls, cigarette butts lying on the balcony that fell from upstairs, and that same smell of dampness and mold. Photos attached.
The linens and towels are old, overworn, and the beds smell of dampness and mold.
After experiencing this kind of attitude and service, I was highly surprised by the rating of the hotel. It definitely does not reflect reality.
The price does not match the service. the petsonnel at reception diesnt care about gests and
