The hotel is good but the staff maybe needs more training. Luckily Angie,one of the staff is super helpful and able to explain details and help me with my enquiries compared to other ones that attended me during my check in. She keep checking to ensure that i did get what i need. Keep it up. The room,swimming pool and the area is great. The price is ok and worth the money. Definitely will come here again

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Resorts World Awana Genting. From the moment we arrived, we truly felt welcomed. Special thanks to Razak, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive especially with my daughter, Amanda. He even took the initiative to look for my daughter to ensure our check-in went smoothly. My daughter is quite a particular person, so seeing her feel so comfortable with him was truly impressive and that's says a lots! Ain at the front desk was very informative and professional during check-in. The concierge team, especially Haron and another staff member (I didn’t manage to catch his name), were very attentive and helpful with our luggage. We were also pleasantly surprised by the Auxiliary Police officers, who were very friendly and even took the time to play and interact with Amanda during our check-out. That really made our stay extra special. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and felt genuinely cared for. We will definitely be coming back again very soon. Highly recommended!

The hotels feels dated and requires renovation there was a strange smell in the rooms area probably from the carpets, room are good and offer a good view, however the golf course is amazing and they offer free shuttle to Genting Premium Outlets.
